Rates and Availability

In the high season all properties are available from Saturday 4pm, to be vacated by Saturday 10am. In mid and low season there may be more flexibility. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Le Pommier (1 bedroom cottage, sleeps 2 - 5) 

Off season (31^st October - 26^th March, excluding Xmas)  - £250 per week

Low season (27^th March – 21^st May & 11^th September – 29^th October)  - £350 per week

Mid season (22^nd May – 16^th July & 28^th August - 10^th September)  - £425 per week

High season (17^th July - 27^th August) -  £495 per week


Le Cerisier (3 bedroom farmhouse, sleeps 6 - 9)

Le Cerisier is also only available from the end of June to the end of August.

5^th June to 16^th July & 28^th August - 10^th Sept  - £925 per week

17^th July to 27^th August  - £1,195 per week


Les Marronniers (4 bedroom converted barn, sleeps 8 - 13)

Off season (31^st October - 26^th March, excluding Xmas) -  £495 per week

Low season (27^th March - 21^st May & 11^th September – 29^th October)  - £725 per week

Mid season (22^nd May – 16^th July & 28^th August – 10^th Sept) -  £1,125 per week

High season (17^th July - 27^th August) -  £1,425 per week


Le Petit Roc

Le Petit Roc, the combination of Le Cerisier and Les Marronniers, is only available from mid June until mid September. However, please speak to us if you are looking slightly outside those dates, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5^th June to 16^th July & 28^th August – 10^th Sept  - £2,050 per week

17^th July to 27^th August  - £2,620 per week
 

Weekend and mid week breaks (based on three nights) start from £115/£105 respectively for Le Pommier and £230/£210 for Les Marronniers. Please contact us for more information.

N.B. Between October and April the cost of heating (when necessary) is additional.
