RATES & AVAILABILITY

In the high season all properties are available from Saturday 4pm, to be vacated by Saturday 10am. In mid and low season there may be more flexibility. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The capacities quoted below for each property are based on each person sleeping in comfort in a single or double bed. However, it might be possible to accommodate one (or in the case of Les Marronniers, two) extra persons, at an additional cost to be agreed.

Le Pommier (1 bedroom cottage, sleeps 2 - 4)  

Off season (29^th October - 16^th December & 7^th January - 23^rd March)  -  £295 per week

Low season (17^th September - 28^th October, 24^th March - 25^th May & 15^th September - 26^th October 2012)  -  £375 per week

Christmas (17^th December - 6^th January) - £395 per week

Mid season (26^th May – 6^th July & 1^st September - 14^th September)  -  £490 per week

High season (7^th July - 31^st August)  -  £560 per week


Le Cerisier (3 bedroom farmhouse, sleeps 6 - 8)

Le Cerisier is also only available from mid June to mid September.

Mid season (26^th May to 6^th July & 1^st September - 14^th Sept)  -  £1050 per week

High season (7^th July to 31^st August)  -  £1,265 per week


Les Marronniers (4 bedroom converted barn, sleeps 8 - 12)

Off season (29^th October - 16^th December & 7^th January - 23^rd March)  -  £625 per week

Low season (17^th September - 28^th October, 24^th March - 25^th May & 15^th September - 26^th October 2012)  -  £875 per week

Mid season (26^th May – 6^th July & 1^st September - 14^th September)  -  £1225 per week

High season (7^th July - 31^st August)  -  £1545 per week


Le Petit Roc

Le Petit Roc, the combination of Le Cerisier and Les Marronniers, is only available from mid June until mid September. However, please speak to us if you are looking slightly outside those dates, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Mid season (26^th May to 7^th July & 31^st August – 14^th September)  -  £2,275 per week

High season (7^th July to 31^st August)  -  £2,810 per week
 

Weekend and mid week breaks (based on three nights) start from £130/£120 respectively for Le Pommier and £300/£250 for Les Marronniers. Please contact us for more information.

N.B. Between October and April the cost of heating (when necessary) is additional.
