Les Marronniers

The largest gite on site with four bedrooms and accommodating up to 10 guests; one of these bedrooms is on the ground floor for those slightly less mobile, with an adjoining bathroom. Please note, there is a step down to the bathroom so not fully accessible to wheelchair users.

The large sliding patio doors open out from the original barn entrance onto a large, south facing terrace area furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor eating and relaxing. This private terrace / garden area has a seating area for dining and a private BBQ, behind which are the pool and gardens. The west terrace at the end of the property greets new guests, which is perfect for cool breakfasts and sunset drinks. However, if you’re feeling lazy you might not get beyond the balcony above, which provides views over the nearby woods and fields.

Inside the lounge / dining area is a great space for large groups to socialise, to eat on a rare wet evening, and to take advantage of the modern TV with Freeview UK TV, DVD and Wii Console. Adjacent to this area is the fully equipped, modern kitchen and entrance hall which opens out onto the west terrace. Across the hall from the kitchen is the downstairs bathroom and shower plus WC which can be accessed either from ground floor bedroom or kitchen area.

The oak staircase takes you up to the large landing area which is equipped with another TV and DVD player which is ideal as a children's lounge. It has French windows which lead out onto the balcony, as does the adjacent bedroom. Along the hallway are the large blue and yellow bedrooms, both ensuite. The yellow room has a double bed plus a tiled shower room with WC. The blue bedroom has a large double bed plus a single bed with truckle underneath therefore able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, with en suite shower and WC.

Returning to the ground floor the fourth bedroom is to be found at the back of the lounge area and has its own dressing area plus access to the ground floor bathroom.

The accommodation comes with free Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning is available upstairs in the children's lounge and all three first floor bedrooms.
