In the high season all properties are available on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm, to be vacated by Saturday 10am. Guests are kindly asked to adhere to these check-in and check-out times as this allows the properties to be cleaned and linen changed ready for the next guests.
Other times of the year there may be more flexibility depending on other bookings - please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

The prices are for each individual gite or for the whole of Le Petit Roc as outlined above. All prices are inclusive of electricity, water, bed linen and bath towels. Please bring your own swimming pool / beach towels or these can be rented for a nominal fee.
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a £500 refundable damages / excessive air conditioning usage deposit.
